I would 100% recommend that if you want a colour or just high/low lights then go in and ask for Angela. She is a very professional, personable and knowledgeable stylist who listens to what you want and makes you look & feel fabulous. She blended the colours perfectly so they look natural to brightened up my look & face. Thank you so much Angela I absolutely love my updated look!

Incredible experience as a walk-in client with Katie, super duper friendly! She absolutely listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly, and even recommended one of their salon brands for my hair type, as I've been struggling to find a good volumizing shampoo+conditioner. I love love LOVE how soft and light my hair feels, and feel totally pampered by my little spa day out. For a cost-friendly chain, this location delivered a high end experience and result. Very very pleasantly surprised!
Requested style: I kept it simple, requesting a shoulder length with layers and a curtain bang, and it turned out way better than expected!
Hair type: Thick curly/wavy hair, previously box bleached and coloured.
Stylist: Katie! She is super friendly and absolutely delivered! I'd trust my head in her hands any day, haha.

You have two stylists who made me feel so welcome, in my new town.
I can't thank Natasha enough for this perfect haircut, and she just put me right at ease. I've got curly hair, that not everyone can cut. I am so glad that I went to this salon and found a stylist who brought back my bouncy hair... I haven't had it cut since before I moved here, in May.
I am so impressed with my haircut, and Natasha! When you've got the right haircut for you, by the right stylist for you, every day is good hair day. I left the salon feeling human again, as well as respected and heard. Basically, I had a great Hairapy appointment, and can't wait to go back. I have found my stylist!!!
I feel very fortunate to have found such a skilled, pleasant professional who understands my hair. I can't wait to return to Natasha for my next cut, and maybe some colour.

My 7 year old son had his first ever real haircut by Kelly today and WOW what an amazing experience we had. The ladies were welcoming from the get go! Kelly was so kind, patient and did such an awesome job on his new cut! My shy guy adored her, and thinks she’s the best hairstylist ever, even ending the appointment with a hug! Thank you for making what could’ve been a traumatic experience beyond fantastic! We will be back! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Very unprofessional staff
I've been here to buy products and waited 10 -15 minutes to pay.
I stopped going there as it happened all the time. Too often.
And today I get here and it's 3 mins after 9 and the staff is at the counter on the phone. Looking right at us. I was bringing my daughter into get a haircut as she is suffering from headaches.hair being too long. I thought I'd support them by coming here. As we live in New Lowell.
This isn't the first time. I've bought my son
Here and we were here at 9:00am and they didn't open the doors. It being 9:00 am. It should be open.
The lady today just stood there and put her back to us while she was on the phone. While we were at the door waiting.
I left. At this time it was 9:04 . She just stood there with her back at us. Ingnoring us. She was Very very unprofessional.
I will never support them and I will make sure to let others know. Good luck with your staff.

My first visit and was very impressed, as my hair was cut the way I like it. Was very happy with the outcome and will go again.
Requested style: My style was short and tapered in the back, but left longer on the top, as my hair is thining.
