-5 ***** The worst customer service and convenience store I have ever ever entered. I went to exchange a item that was purchased 2 days prior. The item purchased never worked. Of course didn't get the receipt. When I explained to the lady behind the counter that the item never worked she put her hands over the new merchandise as if to pick one. So I did. I say were good proceed to walk out of the store. She then says can you write down your name and your telephone number. I do that. As I am doing that she takes the new merchandise and the old one that was on the counter and places it behind the counter. So I look at her very confused and I say I'm taking that and she said no.Iwill get the owner to call you. I was confused I said okay when should I expect the call. She said not till next year. Come to find out later that evening she is the owner. She was just playing me because I'm not a regular can't believe it. the item wasn't very expensive. So not only did you not exchange the item but you also took the old one. The one that I already paid for.???

Tried their printer cartridge re-fill service -- mistake! They were filled less than half capacity, and one was returned LOWER than when I took them in! When confronted he said he didn't want them to make a mess in my printer. I've been using Canon printers for decades so know them quite well. On one hand I knew I was being cheated and lied to, but on the other hand I felt sorry for people who had to resort to petty crime.

They added an extra charge to my visa with out saying it. I didnt buy a small item so not sure why I am being extra charged. (Some places under 5$ there is a charge) but i didnt like how she clicked a button to change the price with out saying it was because i wanted to use visa. Seems tricky to just quickly add a charge and not say why. Or that there is a minimum limit for cards.

This place has two beautiful Korean women who are so kind. They had flowers in their hair and were not the type of people you'd forget. Stop by if you are in Angus. I heard they have a restaurant near the store. I'd like to try it.
