Mike has amazing customer service. More than willing to help out with any questions. He has amazing knowledge about the products. Showed up unexpectedly thinking that it was a storefront but it is a warehouse and he had no problem helping us out and made sure we still left with the items we were looking for. Definitely will be shopping again!

Amazing customer service. Drove there not knowing it was online only , they took my order and packaged it up on the spot ! Will for sure be ordering all my grooming products from here as they have the best selection of high quality products and the knowledge to make recommendations. 100 percent recommend!

I was looking for better grooming tools for my 3 cats with constant mats, resisted and even ran away whenever I tried to brush them.I searched the internet and found some good quality Chris Christensen (C.C.) combs but I have no idea how they work and whether they are suitable for my needs. I called C.C. but nobody pick up the phone.Then, I contacted one of C.C.'s Canada distributor Wheatley Wares and Mike answered the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Mike patiently listened to my concerns, answered my questions regarding different products, and he suggested similar products with different prices.I contacted Mike several times by phone and email. He was always very responsive and professional. He even helped me changed my order a couple of times until I got everything I needed with the best deal! I am very impressed with his customer-centered approach and am grateful to his helpful suggestions.Mike shipped my order immediately but Canada Post encountered a processing error and they didn't deliver my package on the confirmed arrival date. I was worried about my package. So, I informed Mike about the delay and my anxiety. Mike reassured me that it will be sorted out soon... sure enough, I received my package the next day.My cats liked the C.C. wooden pin brush & the C.C. & Eye Envy buttercombs, and I'm still working with them on the C.C. Karben slicker brush and the iGroom detangling spray.Thank you Mike for your support! I recommend Wheatley Wares and especially Mike to anyone who is interested in finding grooming supplies for their furbabies! They have amazing customer service, competitive prices, and quality products! They care about their customers and their bottom line.

Such a nice, quiet little nugget to find on the internet. They had a hard-to-find treat (Ugg Sherpa bone) for our old dog, and two days later she's cuddling it like no toy before. She loves it and we thank you guys for making it happen.Solid communication, great packaging, and no hidden costs or surprises. Wheatley Wares was recommended to me by a friend in the show circuit as well as a few contacts in a Samoyed Facebook group and I'm so glad to have found them! Mike answered my [many] questions via Facebook Messenger regarding the grooming tools needed for our Samoyed puppy (if you have a dog with intense grooming requirements, you'll likely recognize the feeling of overwhelm and confusion when you're just starting out). It was extremely helpful to have someone give me a bit of guidance and confirm that I was purchasing the correct brush types/sizes.I sent a message asking if they had any Samoyed-specific grooming kits (as they have a few breed-specific kits listed on their website), and while they didn't at the time, they actually created a Samoyed kit listing on the site for me! This is above and beyond the level of customer service that I would expect from any business and I am so thrilled with my experience.Thank you very much for making my journey into Samoyed grooming a positive one!

Amazing customer service!I recommend Wheatley wares as my #1 for all my grooming needs. And to all my students and fellow groomers in my salon.I believe I spoke with mike today in regards to a couple products that had been damaged (not by the store). Great website, I was able to get a hard to find grooming product for my dog. Great communication through the whole ordering and delivery and after delivery process.Would highly recommend and will be my first go-to place when ordering online.
