Very friendly and accommodating with my pick ups or returns. Much more so than the location on 35 Stone Church in Ancaster that I found is the opposite feel altogether.

We were in the midst of a crisis dealing with getting visas for Egypt, after the Egyptian Government changed the way Canadians get their tourist visas. The two amazing women of the Ancaster location went above and beyond. They steadied us and supported us throughout the process. They assisted us packaging up all of the items needed and were friendly and kind throughout. We will definitely use the Ancaster UPS store again and will recommend it to family and friends! Amazing customer service!! A very sincere thank you to both of you!

Great location to go do your passport photos!!!Wheelchair accessible parking directly outside the storefront made it easy for me to quickly park, get the photos done and just go. I went at a good time so there was no line up.Huge thank you to Stephanie for being so patient with me. She took her time taking my photos and made sure I was happy with it before finalizing & printing it. I have been dreading renewing my passport and was worried I would be stuck with a photo I didn’t like for the next 10 years, so I really appreciated that she made the extra effort to show me what the shot looked like and offered to retake it when I didn’t like how the first few shots turned out.
