My mother and I shop here often always finding something special for our closet. First time we went we found it very overwhelming with the amount of stock, but now we cant wait to dig in and try on many styles to find a few beautiful pieces. Nancy the owner is very kind and always willing to search store computer for sizing. The staff do a great job running for sizing and options. Thank you Coach Pyramids!

While I support the small retail store. I ordered a sweater on this site for the first time, I waited weeks. I reached out my email, I tried calling always, went to voice message. They charged my credit card, but I never received the sweater. While I like to give the small guy business, I will personally not buy from them, even though they have great lines.

As the Lifestyle Manager of a Retirement Community in Ancaster, my seniors and I have made many a visit to the Coach Pyramid, first in Caledonia and now just down the street from us in Ancaster! Recently, we hosted a bridal themed fashion show. After reaching out to Nancy with the idea for the event, she allowed us the opportunity to "dress" the models posing as the mothers and grandmothers of the brides. We took over her store one afternoon and tried on a variety of outfits, supported by her amazing staff. Without her partnership the event would not have been the tremendous success that it was.Thank you to Nancy and her great team!
