We were greeted when we came in but we weren't followed by staff , we were allowed to look at items and felt check them out, when we did ask for assistance the people were helpful and not pushy. over all experience was great!

I always go to Ancaster Branch! Affordable beautiful durable furnitures ! Also there’re so many professional kind helpful staffs, whom going extra miles to keep you happy with your choice! From management , sell agents,down to the delivery and customer service. You get yr pop corns , coffee while browsing ! In my case with my fur baby “Chancy”. I Always feel welcome there ! They don’t care if you shop from outlet or main floor, the same respect and Courtesy is applied . They make you feel like part of their family as they know your name ! So often , they even invite you to get a free gift with full smile?… I love it! I didn’t even know I got credit as a loyal clients but Mr. “Belly”informed me at the customer service before I pay, much less than outlet price? … made my day! Thank you all for being so wonderful?????

Months waiting for a spare part for a NEW couch I bought there; no reasonable updates, zero info ..and no interest from store to fix the issue..too bad too sad attitude. Charged for installation and the person didn't even noticed pieces were missing and others needed to be replaced..what a joke.. Be aware. Would give a -5 stars if possible - and yes I reached your customer service several times and same response per above..I personally not buying anything else here..

If I could give a zero I would. From the beginning it's been hell. We purchased our couch and recliner back when stores just reopened from covid and thought hey great deal. When they delivered they stated they couldn't come in house, due to covid restrictions and they would put it by front door and we'd have to bring it in. They, brought us a love seat instead of chair. When we called they said we had to bring it in and when someone can pick it up they will remove it from house so that took a few days which was crap. Our couch started having bubbling and they replaced the cushion cover. Our recliner started losing ball bearings when service came out to fix it they argued that this chair doesn't have them. He finally ordered the part, when next service guy came to fix it low and behold previous guy ordered wrong part.. So it has been over a dealing with them to fix it. Parts are over seas. Oh we are waiting for teppermans to ok the parts.. Oh zuccora hasn't reached out to us. Non stop excuses and now the chair is toast. Then couple weeks ago I get ahold of them again and ask wth is going on. Oh your parts went to the wrong warehouses we will get them delivered here and set up service time.. Cool.. Yesterday service guy calls and says he can't come they don't have the part... Teppermans has been such a headache for this.. Yes we bought all the extended warranty but now what was the point when they can't even fix it. And nothing but a run around from teppermans. They haven't taken any owner ship for their part in all of this. Worst custome service and worst warranty. The worst part is before this all got bad we went in looking for a bedroom set and just had been talking to another employee about what we have been going through and he's like why wouldn't they just replace the chair.? Yeah I wish they did believe me. I will never purchase from here again and I'll make sure I tell everyone our story so they can be aware or their lack of customer care and quality of furniture

Teppermans is the absolute BEST place to get your furniture ect. Great value, great prices and friendly sales specialists as well. I recommend Teppermans.
