Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. For a store with so many employees it was almost impossible to get any help. No help when it came to measuring shoe size, it was almost like employees purposely turned away as soon as you tried to get their attention. A frustrating return policy was the icing on the cake, just an overall poor experience.

Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was not warned that their tech was off sick for a ski tune up. Also, they're appointment sign-up didn't explain that if you bring in certain skis or bindings, they simply won't adjust them because of liability issues. Not much help with alternatives. Basically no real help at all and a huge waste of time.

Amazing service tonight! Went in to look at bikes for my daughter, the young man that was there helped us out tremendously, he knew everything about the product, he was friendly, kind and made it a smooth transaction , thank you Pavo!! Keep up the good work!!

Went to purchase a bike, the store was offering a promotion with canadian tire, offering extra 15% off sign up for their credit card, I thought perfect, thrifty as I am, this was thurs evening, I felt bad for the staff, hence we attempted to log into their iPad provided and it would not work we tried 30 mins, then I had to go, they held the bike for me as I would be back the next day, I did , the iPad was slowly functioning, but in the end it would not work again that was almost an hour wait.. Donna the manager was awesome, she offered the discount even thought it did not work, but since my application was in, I left and said I would come back again tomorrow, she called me advised me to check my emails as it may have been sent to me, it was, and it was to expire that night, it was now 7 pm and I did not want to drive back with this barcode, she offered her cell, I sent the bar code and they completed the details , saving me a trip back.... totally appreciated that .. when I went back yesterday 3 rd trip, the bike was ready, and the other manager even gave me a card for 20 % off my next purchase, yes it was a bit of a hassle, going there 3 times, but they were so helpful, I didn't mind... Great store, fabulous few employees I dealt with.... And a great deal on a bike !!

Went to buy running shoes with my wife and the help we received was fantastic. We were immediately approached and the amount of information we were given was incredible. Big shout out to Nina (I think that’s what her name was? I’m terrible with names). We thank you!!

Don’t buy a bike here! I bought a bike here about 2 weeks ago it was assembled very poorly. My chain slipped off on my first ride, and my pedal crank arm almost came off yesterday. Today, the handlebars are loose. They should be checking all the bolts before they sell the bikes.

This store is a joke. The difference between woman and man selection either for shoes and clothes is ridiculous. They don’t even keep woman hiking shoes while there are different brands/models for man for example.
