Went to go look for a mattress and the sales representative was no help what’s so ever. He was very rude and told me to just shop online. Will not be going back at all.

After many, many years of buying from Sleep Country and always being very happy, we returned last year to purchase a new mattress. We picked out a mattress that we were assured was one of the softest with ‘cooling technology’. On the day the mattress was delivered I immediately sat down on it and thought it seemed extremely firm. I questioned the delivery people who said that all the new mattresses are harder for the first few nights and since this seemed reasonable I let them leave. Big mistake! If you buy a mattress from here don’t let them leave the mattress if you are unsure about the product. About 4 weeks later when the mattress was still rock hard (we had phoned and they suggested we walk and on it several times a day, which we did but it was useless) we returned to the store to exchange it. We were informed there would be a fee (which we were NOT told about before) and suggested the only other mattress that would be soft was an extra $1000 more than the one we purchased. Since there was no guarantee we wouldn’t be brought another awful mattress that’s nothing like the one in the showroom, we just kept the slab we had already bought. A year later it is still very hard and if you get up to go to the bathroom at night, when you return it is still hot as an oven. So disappointed in Sleep Country, we were completely ripped off, in our opinion.

The after-sales service is terrible, and the attitude of the service staff is also very bad. It is best to avoid other companies.

What a super, positive experience we’ve had here with Sean guiding us to our perfect mattress. Please do yourselves a favour and talk to Sean when you’re in the market for a new bed/mattress. He knows his stuff….and surprisingly there is a lot to know. We bought ours that same evening! He was very patient with us as we didn’t really know what we wanted OR needed. Sean talked through and explained the many facets of a good night’s sleep and was able to target a mattress that we both would find comfortable and appreciate. My body feels more inline and supported and it’s making a huge difference! Thank you Sean for your knowledge and un-rushed experience. It was our pleasure. See you in about 10-15 years! LOL.

My wife and I had an amazing in-store experience at this location. It was our first time purchasing a new mattress together - Doug made the process so easy. He was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to work within our budget and gave us a great deal. We received our mattress within days and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

This place is fantastic we had the pleasure of dealing with Sean he was very knowledgeable asked us many questions to make sure that we would find the best mattress for us, we also got two amazing pillows the sleep is wonderful and most comfortable thank you so much for everything I would definitely recommend you go to the store?

A week ago I called Sleep Country about an issue with my posterior pedicure bed. I didn’t hear anything back from customer service. I called again and the representative was so knowledgeable this time. She instructed me on which buttons to push to get the position I had been trying to get.

Doug was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress, bed frame and pillows to suit our needs! He also helped us take advantage of some great rebates and sales and get everything we needed for a fantastic price!

I appreciated the good in-store experience and the service I received when purchasing a mattress.However, the mattress developed a massive sag after only a few years of use, and the warranty didn't cover it. A warranty that doesn't cover large mattress sags is no warranty at all, and a mattress that doesn't stand the test of time under normal use is not a good purchase. I cannot recommend.

My partner visited this location after a particularly bad week of poor sleep and back pain. It was our first time looking into proper pillows suited to the kind of sleepers we are.We met with Jackie who was just amazing the entire time through. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, made us feel listened to. All of our concerns (and budget!) were taken care of. We ended up with a cooling memory foam for me and a bamboo pillow for him, and the matching allergy protecting covers.We are very pleased with the experience, and the first night with these pillows were a godsend. Exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Jackie!Can't wait to head back in a year to upgrade the mattress!

My sales person was Kimberly. She was Professional/knowledgeable/Friendly/VERY Helpful for me. I had a lot of questions and changes as we went along. Maybe I drove her crazy, but I felt so comfortable and she never made me feel like I was consuming her time. Living in a condo, and having issues with the corp on deliveries. She took that stress away from me and made arrangements to satisfy everyone. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Never buy something from sleep country. They put wrong delivery date for my king mattress order, when I asked to change it to right date, they didn’t have the medium mattress in stock and gave me a firm mattress to sleep on with a soft pad at the top, then after one week they can deliver me the right mattress. But at the delivery date they called and said they are gonna deliver me the queen size, while I ordered and paid for king. I called them to see why they do this much mistake and the customer service talked so rude and said I have to wait another week to get what I ordered. I cannot believe I had to go through this much for a mattress
