“I’ve been a customer at the Penguin Pick Up for over a year now and I always have the best experience! The staff are friendly, polite, and conscientious. They always ask me how my day has been to bring up my spirits. They are also very quick and efficient in retrieving my packages. The manager has such a positive, caring attitude and has resolved any issues I’ve had in the past and has answered any questions I have had. The young men carry out any heavy packages I’ve had to the parking lot, especially since being pregnant. There’s one staff member who consistently draws happy faces on all of my bags of parcels. They even know my footsteps as I’m coming around the corner. Furthermore, the staff have been very polite and respectful to my husband has also had a great experience. Overall, great customer service and awesome staff! Thanks for making my day. ?”

“If you want good service than please provide correct and specific information about your product, pay your duties (which goes to gov not dhl) , attach paperworks and make sure you dont have anything inside which falls in Dangerous goods or restricted.Also please use good box , 120x80x80 25KG cardboard box is limit for conveyable stuff rest can take longer and use bubble wrap if fragile .”
