I recently went to Sherwin Williams to purchase exterior paint for our garage door and porch. This is my second time purchasing paint at Sherwin Williams in Ancaster and frankly I would not go any where else. The quality of their paint is amazing and covers generously with minimal dripping. The sales agent let me know about the 40% off sale that was starting the following day and I had no problem returning to get the deal as paint these days is quite expensive. This is my Go To Place for paint! Excellent customer service

I visited today to get help with a trim color. Wow I was so impressed with the two young men that helped me. My receipt said Dylan and I believe he said he has only been working at that location a few months. So professional so helpful I had to write a review. Great customer service when a lot of retail stores are lacking you have great representation!!

Great Customer Service, Knowledgeable staff, Clean environment, Pleasing paint colors that make it easy to choose, Love the brochures, and paint peel-on squares, the tester paint container is reasonably priced. The quality of the 'Captivate' brand is very good- above average for the price! The staff are professional, attentive and creative. We were able to choose the right colour in an efficient manner with Mark’s help. I will use Sherwin-Williams Paints again!

I avoid this location and go to the one on rymal cause this store is ALWAYS trying to upsell. They try and get you to buy the most expensive paint they make stating the others are good for rentals.
