Showed up unexpectedly thinking that it was a storefront but it is a warehouse and he had no problem helping us out and made sure we still left with the items we were looking for. 73 Wilson St W, AncasterTop notch knowledgeable staff. Quality food. My dog was neutered and they stock SOFT recovery suits which is excellent for my min. Poodle . No need for any kind of cone. We tried them all but this was SO MUCH BETTER for our min. poodle and about the same price as the fancier cones. They were very helpful to find the right size. Poodles are slim with relatively long necks so all coats tend to be too wide for their length. I just sewed a couple of pleats on the back leg openings. SUITICAL RECOVERY SUIT recommend and Global pet store Ancaster.

When we purchased a life jacket for our mini aussie it didn't fit right because of his odd proportions. They let us return and exchanged it for a size up. Great customer service all around. Store is well stocked with many items I've never seen at other chains.

1854 Trinity Rd S, AncasterWe have used this kennel a couple of times now. Each experience has been positive and exciting for our 1 year old Australian Shepherd X.
Facilities are clean, staff is friendly, and our dog Maya, genuinely gets excited to spend time at the kennel.
