“I purchased a bloom mattress when they first came out in 2017 over the years the mattress has separated and fell apart it was no longer supportive and started to hurt my back to the point where I’d wake up in pain
I contacted sleep country customer service and started a warranty on the mattress seven years after the purchase date.
there were a lot of things required to complete the warranty, thankfully I had everything I needed and the warranty was successful, I was able to pick out a replacement mattress
we are completely satisfied with the process and knowing that sleep country will stand by there products
