Every staff member we have ever dealt with is so genuinely nice and helpful. We dealt with Valentina yesterday. She went above and beyond to replace and merge a lost points card. Thank you ??

its a great store to shop at my wife and i bought from the deli hot food section and normally the salmon is to die for but yesterday both are meals were real dry znd overcooked rice and peppers so we decided to phone the store where the manager sarah was do happy to tell us the she was sorry to hear this and the store would reimburse us gor our meals WOW unheard of in these times what a grest store we will be going bsck for more salmon good work longos you are a 5 star store two thumbs up

When in this section of Ancaster it’s

Bread and Giant Tiger it’s a trifecta

Great store and amazing staff. This store is the closest to me and its always very clean. Items are easy to find and sales have been getting better.

Today I had a party to attend that I was supposed to bring a sandwich platter to. I completely forgot, and last minute called around to see if anyone could put together something for me in such short time. I spoke to a lady, I believe her name was Valentina. (I apologize if that’s wrong.) she was so kind and helpful and she was able to arrange for a platter to be done for me. I also would love to mention the lady who actually did up the platter, I believe she was the only one working in her department today, and she still was willing to do it. I am so thankful! You have some wonderful employees working for you!

Loveee Longos and the collaboration with Starbucks. I literally used to go every day until I was attacked verbally by the manager at Starbucks in front of my 8 year old daughter. I like to customize my drink and the manager gets annoyed whenever I order which in itself was disrespectful but because I love the hot plate at Longos and the convenience of getting Starbucks I took her attitude every single time. That day in particular they didn’t have any strawberries and she yelled at me. Isn’t that the point of Starbucks? To be able to customize your order? Now after that altercation she refuses to serve me and both her and the other full time staff laugh and whisper whenever I come into the store which then makes me not want to order from there anymore because there will be a confrontation. So I just inconvenience myself and no longer order there and I am borderline considering not going back to Longos permanently if every time I come in the store the manager whispers and they booth look and laugh at me. I have yet to receive any reply or apology from Starbucks or Longos.

Don’t always shop at this particular grocery store, but when up in the Ancaster, ON area to shop, my wife and I make a point of going into this Longo’s Store for the sales. The meats here, are reasonable and good cuts. Excellent choice of roasts, steaks and pork chops, with fresh fish on sale. Have a nice bakery, with fresh baked goods, have large deli counter. The overall store is huge, with nice wide aisles, the staff are very friendly and accommodating to customers. Recommend this store for all your grocery needs.

We have been customers since they opened. No more.Self scanners with no help for grocery prices up and beyond Giant Tiger and more like Fortino's with out the service.Not sure how employees are treated but none look happy.We used to buy turkey burgers and specialty items here...they disappear.Only the older employees are mildly approachable.I used to really enjoy shopping here. The location is great. Not now. Won't go back to bag my own groceries again or roam around without service.

My only regret about ordering catering from Longo’s is that I forgot to take a picture of how amazing it looked ? we ordered the hoagie tray and pinwheel wrap tray, both options were absolutely stacked with toppings and beautifully assembled on the tray. They don’t display it on the website, but they can do vegetarian and gluten free options as well - an absolute lifesaver. My short visit to the store to pick up the catering was great as every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you Longo’s!!!!
