not even six months worth of wear on the engagement ring and its already as thin as paper after bringing it here to be repaired. very disappointed considering both rings had the same work done to it at the same time. Took it to another jeweler and was told that was impossible unless the other jeweler damaged the ring, laughing at the thought it was 6 months only of wear.

Awesome experience. My wife's engagement ring of 18 years had the claws broken so the diamond fell out and lost it. Hani was very accommodating and helped me replace it with a new beautiful diamond. He was very patient while I went through my insurance company. Hani was extremely professional through the whole experience. Can't thank him enough.

H&Z jewelers is hands down the best jewelry store in Hamilton & the GTA. Hani has an eye for jewelry like no other & is very accommodating in all aspects. We went to him with no ideas & he gave us a ring beyond both of our dreams. I needed to get my wedding band (that we also bought from Hany) resized. Hany was very professional and welcoming. The band was done in a timely manner, polished flawlessly and looks brand new! We highly recommend him.

Went in to to look at rings and had the best experience with Hanni and ending up buying a beautiful ring for my wife for our anniversary .We also are getting a pendant designed with the diamonds from two rings that we no longer need because they are too big to wear now. Couldn’t ask for a better jeweller to deal with. Would give Hanni 6 stars if the ratings went that high. We have been happy to deal with him for nearly 20 years.
