So here are the problems:1. Sold me products that they don’t have.2. Didn’t answer any of my calls when they told me to call back.3. Had to drive 40 minutes then talked my mom into paying for more expensive product when it’s their mistake in the first place.

They did not give me the any confirmation for my tire appointment when I booked it in store. I had no reference to email or a paper confirmation when I booked my appointment. The guy mentioned it was 11:15am but I heard it as 11:50am instead and there was no source of acknowledgment shared with me. On the day of appointment they did not accommodate me. I had already booked a month ago and now they did not even squeeze me in or give me an urgent appointment. The person at desk was very rude. Mentioned that he must have asked me to take a picture of the screen, but he never did. He was instead acting as if I was the one to be blamed for this misunderstanding. The next available appointment was again a month later!!! I didn’t like the customer service at all. They were had no empathy and didn’t apologise even once.

Booked oil change on the phone. When I got to the desk they said they had no information on my appointment, I asked for the manager and he said I should have booked online or in person. What a waiste of time and terrible service. There were other people saying how long they waited for their cars. They over book and you wait. Brutal.I asked for a discount if I rebooked and the "manager " said no. I will not be back.

It takes 2 hrs to change tires every time even if you have booked an appointment beforehand. You can usually find 4 people standing behind the counter on their computers, but only 1 is assisting customers. I understand that winter tire season is busy, but it is unreasonable to turn a 30 mins job into 2 hours. Costco needs to get their staff in check asap.

I booked an appointment to install new winter tires. There is a guy called Angelo at the front desk who needs a lot of customer service training. This guy behaves as if he owns the place by showing a condescending attitude. Also, they called me when the installation was complete, but I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to pick up my car. Work conducted at the front desk tire centre lacks organization and professionalism.

I bought new set of tires, they told me would take 45 min, after hour and a half, I asked and they couldn’t give an update, they just asked to wait more. I asked another technician and he said couldn’t help me just to check where my car was… very disappointed

We made an appointment online for engine oil change and when we drove 100 km there from Toronto, and they said we cannot find the type of oil for your car. What's the hell??Never use their service again. We will never trust the whole Costco Auto Service!!!!

Booked an appointment, upon reaching, counter staffed told me that there is no technician available to take a look. What's the point of giving an appointment if you don't have enough staff. ??

It took me 3 weeks to find an oil change appointment. Went there and I was told that they will call me back in about an hour. Almost 2 hours later I go back to check on the car and was told they can’t change the oil because they don’t have the filter for the car. They could have saved my time and asked me to reschedule.
