I want to thank Julian and Hazma for being so kind to me and going through the process of a return. I wasn’t sure what Best Buy could do but they were so kind and tried every option they could think of to help me out. It’s customer service like this that makes me smile. Thank you!

Ordered a Bluetooth speaker in store , to the store. 4 days later , it still hasn’t arrived even though the tracking showed it had hit Ancaster multiple times. The stupid company they use to do the deliveries kept trying to deliver it after hours. It was coming from Burlington. The staff are excellent , but this store never has any stock. A real disappointment. Don’t go here , just go to Burlington. It’s a shame , because this store is local and the staff are great. But the manager and corporate suck.

Came in to get a screen protector for my iPad and Paige went above and beyond. We had a few issues pop up (not her fault at all) but she went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I left with what I needed.

Bought a brand new monitor in store but the salesperson randomly got me the wrong box in which there's no hdmi cable and power cord. After I discovered this at home, I went back to the store with my receipt to claim replacing me a new one. They spent over half an hour to check and verify and finally agreed to replace me with a new one (at first they requested only by supplementing me with the missing two lines and I refused). There's no one apologizing to me and two hours and my gas money have been wasted and there's no compensation!

Complaint - It has been great experience in the past couple years, but recent encounter was the worst. I went there to buy a specific laptop. Not in the inventory? Fine. A Best Buy guy there said he would order that and shipping to me. I provided my address and asked if they need the entry code because that's an apartment building. He said no worries about that, it will be shipped to my door in two days. Then I trusted him and waited two days, only to learn that the carrier was unable to enter the building and left. I have to waste my time to contact the carrier to update the entry code and who knows how long would they update the status on their end and ship again. Tomorrow is weekend. That's how best buy lost trust from costumers.

I just come from Best Buy in Ancaster on Martindale. This location should actually officially
Change its name to (WORST BUY)
I just left Best Buy in Ancaster absolutely angry upset and in shock.
I went in to buy two laptops for my daughter's
The first red flag was when my wife and myself got to the laptop section the staff that was working there walked away
But thinking they might just be busy I asked a passing staff member if he could help “ I’m not from this area “ he said I’ll page a staff member for you ..
The staff member came looked at us and says
“ yes” ? So I let him know the laptop I’m looking for, and while I’m trying to explain to him the second laptop he goes on his phone I guess to look up the laptop, I don’t know as he didn’t say anything.
So after about 5 minutes he looks at us and say we don’t have this model and it’s sold out online
So I asked can I buy this one he say” “ no “ and walks away . Leaving us in shock we walked out of the store absolutely disgusting and disappointed. With out any laptop . It’s an absolute shame what customer service has turned into.
No one takes pride in their work or the organization they work for anymore
If you can avoid this location go to a different one or maybe buy online .
THIS IS WHAT WE GET FOR SHOPPING LOCAL

I purchased IPad Pro 2 weeks ago and sales representative talked me into buying 256GB instead of I was planning 1TB due to everything is saved on cloud and they don’t carry in store 1TB IPads Pro. But he ensured me that I can return it if I need bigger storage. Since I never returned anything in past 10 years I don’t know the policies and didn’t read one in advance I took word of Best Buy representatives. Apparently if you don’t have a box you can’t return it not even you purchased same day. I had to purchase new IPad Pro in Apple Store and never going back to Best Buy. I even offer charge me discount 15-20%.

Went in to ask a few questions before i bought a receiver. Found 0 associates in the home entertainment section. Wandered around for a bit and left. Seems like research and knowledge needs to be found online. I was hoping to get some help and buy in store but it seems pointless to go to the store and I should just do my own research and buy online....
