The employees wear so much cologne, I get an instant, horrible migraine, and feel like I’m going to throw up. It should be a scent free environment, like no personal cologne or perfume. They must wear at least 10 sprays. I do Walmart pick up as well, and my car the second I open my trunk, smells like their cologne, and I feel like throwing up and have an instant migraine from that too. My groceries even start to smell like that cologne.

More cashiers or self check outs are needed. 2 registers open and 5 self check outs is not acceptable. Shouldn't have to wait 25 mins to make a purchase.

It's pretty sad that it's going to take a month to have a grocery thing done because there are too many Indians that can't do their jobs here maybe if they started to fire all the Indians and hired only local people like they're supposed to do and not hire people from Windsor oh sorry I mean India because they're not from Canada whatsoever as none of them who are working there speak English they speak Punjab meaning they don't even speak any language at all that's actually Canadian and recognize by Canada because we don't recognize India anymore and nor do we ever will recognize bhenchodsIndia is a terrorist country that needs to be banned

Just got home from there. Maybe you should hire people with a little less anger issues. Your cashier threw everything I bought into a bag after I asked for one for a second time. And she slammed the swiffer pack that I bought into the bag. Denting it and breaking it open Which caused the chemicals to go over all my groceries. So now all my groceries are covered in swiffer chemicals, thanks a lot Walmart!

Walmart Amhersburg has discriminating employees!I have been harrassed 3x in a yr.Im a Disabled person with a "Service Dog" with papers for both Physical/Emotional support. Last week one Employee actually had the gaul to say, "how would you like it, if someone brought their dog in here to shop!" What a ignorant human being. And 2 others smart mouthed me and LAUGHED at me. Both other incidents were similar but not this VILE and ignorant!How DESPICABLE!I tried to contact Manager only to have excuses of unavailable, unanswered phone calls or put on hold long periods.Ive already reached out to Walmart Canada and have been requested to send an email describing the incidents!NEVER SHOPPING IN THIS STORE AGAIN!

Worst experience called in to get a dresser before my due date made me wait for 25 mins on the phone and connected my line to another customer who wanted to check on another item at the store. If people do not know how to handle phone calls please do not place them as customer service agents.

I recently visited Walmart and was impressed with the level of service and affordability. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience a breeze. Additionally, the prices were incredibly reasonable, allowing me to stock up on everything I needed without breaking the bank.

I have noticed a marked decline in quality and service.Watch out for improperly priced displayed items.Errors are very consistent.

The electronics section, and phone sales. Is a joke! Displays are bare. There's an employee either constantly on the phone, or not there at all now? They should be embarrassed by this department. Often we'll go in and they don't have several things we want to buy? We wonder every time. What will it be this time! It would be nice to go to one store again. Now we're going from one to another, wasting time! Such a shame...

Debbie is the best worker here and I’m glad they are restocking items better, especially the Disney Cars die-casts! I’m so happy that even after they renovated, they still kept their huge DVD and Blu-ray section.

Since new owners took over it has gone downhill. They never have what You're looking for, the new staff are not friendly and definately not helpful. This used to be a great store. Very disappointing.

The wall that you face going through checkout says "FREE" pickup anytime for grocery orders but on your app you charge $4.99 for certain hours.I think you are Counterdicting yourself.If it's "FREE" then it's free, no charges should be applied ??

The African Canadian guy at the cell phone kiosk is Very condescending. He loves to talk down to the customer and make them feel stupid while showing off how smart he is. He even refused to give me back my phone when I asked for it back and told him I was done with him! I had to ask for it back more then once while getting louder each time. Worst customer service ever! I didn't even get the help I needed. Never get a Phone from Walmart!
