I recently received excellent customer service from manager, Lynore, who put aside a few bags of Great Value Regular Potato Chips for me which have been hard to find lately at the Windsor stores!! Kedar, in customer service, was very pleasant as well!!

One of the cleanest and most organized Walmarts in the area! It’s always a pleasant experience shopping here. Recently, my husband and I had some payment issues, and the store manager went above and beyond to help us resolve them quickly. Excellent customer service!

First time in Canada. I can tell you the his Walmart is much cleaner and well kept than all that I visited in States. I am amazed how much cleaner and healthier the foods and ingredients seem to be in Canadian foods. Even the Heinz ketchup has a healthier recipe than its American twin.

Last few months the dairy department has an issue with cold storage...everything I buy ie. Milk, coffee cream, Silk even yogurt has a sour smell and turns with weeks left on the best befor date! No longer buying those products there.

We used the grocery pickup service last night at this location for the first time since moving to the area, and I have to say, it was the quickest and friendliest experience with Walmart grocery pick-up yet. Not to mention, the employee who brought out our grocery order was very efficient and quick, was smiling and friendly, and he waved back and smiled at my kids when they saw him coming. I highly recommend this Walmart for this reason!! I didn't catch his name, but he deserves recognition. Plus everything we received in our order was correct and fresh/not damaged. Obviously our personal shopper took great care in selecting our groceries. Thank you!!

when I walked into the store, the other day, one of their many new employees, an Indian guy, grabbed my cart to try and get me to apply for a Walmart credit card. I said no, he still tried to stop me, and pulled on my cart to make me stop. He almost got a lesson in hospitality. I lived in that town for 24 years and have never seen these people b4 and this store has turned to trash. I have never seen it that messy and unorganized beforeThis store has gone down hill in the past few years and so has amherstburg. It's really sad to see a beautiful town ruined.

This is an absolute garbage Walmart these days. They just got rid of the huge physical media section they had plus they shrunk down the Disney Cars section too and crammed it into a tiny little corner. Not to mention they never restock any of their items.

The African Canadian guy at the cell phone kiosk is very condescending. He loves to talk down to the customer and make them feel stupid while showing off how smart he is. He even refused to give me back my phone when I asked for it back and told him I was done with him! I had to ask for it back more than once while getting louder each time. Worst customer service ever! I didn't even get the help I needed. Never get a phone from Walmart! To update, they never let that employee go for the way he treated me. This walmart doesn't care about their customers. Also, if you are able to find an employee when looking for something, don't expect them to help you! They lack the knowledge and desire to help anyone!
