I went in to get my passport photo taken. It took quite a few shots for her to get a useable photo. A lady at the photo kiosk printed 25 minutes worth of photos so I had to come back later to get my photo. Then when I came to pick up my photo it was blurry. I asked if it was useable she said yes and referred to the check boxes they follow. I brought it with me to the passport photo office and they declined the photo and said it wasn't usable. When I went back to return the photo for a refund the customer service rep said that this happens alot. They gave me a full refund but it didn't make up for the time I spent waiting at Walmart then the passport office to be declined. What a waste of my time.

We bought a 50.00 Walmart gift card at Amherstburg Walmart. We gave it to our handicapped brother in Parry Sound. When he tried to use it in Parry Sound for groceries, they told him it wasn’t activated. We have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem. Absolutely no one can help us. Very disappointed and frustrated. I will never purchase anything else at this store.

I use your grocery delivery service. I can honestly say not a week has passed without missing items I’ve paid for; six from this week alone. I’ve complained every time and still the same. I’ve had groceries left in my porch while I was at home and the delivery person did not ring the doorbell to notify me. My groceries sat in the hot August sun for an hour. I’ve complained each time and the response is always, “a report is being submitted so this won’t happen again”. Well that’s turned out to be a load of crap, just like the service your company has provided.

I tried calling several times over a couple of days and never did get an answer. I gave up and went someplace else. I dont know if they are even open during covid, or exceptionally busy. Either way I was never able to speak to anyone.

I had a grocery pickup at 5pm. With it being Christmas time I get that it's going to be busy. However, it took me 15 min to even call after arriving because the line was busy. I waited 45 min and had to call to make sure I was even going to get my groceries. At that point they told me another 10 min...I could have went inside and gotten what I needed in way less than half that time. Severely displeased with the staff level/timing. The employees themselves were quick and appolgetic and I don't blame them but obviously some management issues here.

Doing the best they can, but noticed they are letting families in. They need more security to help with that. Had mother and one child in line...then a few back was the father and baby. Need to manage this much better and not let children in at all. Sorry but one security guy does not know who is with who.
