Usually I’m very happy with all the services at this bank. As of lately I am very disappointed. I have been waiting since last Thursday for a phone call (as I don’t always have a car to go there) to do some business via one of the ladies working there.

The new hours do not make any sense at all. Both my wife and I work normal day jobs and the branch closes at 4:30pm everyday. Having at least one later day would be nice for those of us who work later then 3pm in the afternoon.

By far the best banking experience, the staff are above and beyond any other bank i have been to.
