Chris just helped this old veteran with a pair of hockey skates. He really new all about the different skates he had on the shelf, but he listened to my needs and sold me skates that were best for my needs and mainly my wallet. This is the only place in Alliston to get fitted professionally like Chris can do. I skated on them that day and they were perfect, thanks Chris, you were right about my large width.Don Watson

They will sell you a 10x skate sharpening card but there won't be anyone there to sharpen skates when you need them done. Also, horrible customer service when looking for shoes. Took a friend and I 30 minutes to get a size of shoes when it was not busy in the store. I love shopping at sport check but this location has not been a good experience.

Emily is amazing! Had a great experience buying shoes. She was so helpful and made each of us feel confident in our decisions. She was very knowledgeable and gave great advice! Will be coming back for my next pair!

This is my go to store for clothes for my grown children and grandchildren. The staff is continuously clearing items and passing the savings on to their customers. This is the best Sportchek to get deals. Trust me. I check in on a regular basis!!

Walked in and stood in the shoe section for 10 minutes with no offer of assistance, but could hear two employees standing over at the cash laughing and talking about personal stuff. Not sure if it is a staff shortage, but the only other customers were two guys looking at sunglasses by the cash station. Taking my business elsewhere.

I would highly recommend this store!Monica was absolutely fantastic right when I walked into the store . She was kind, courtesy and incredibly helpful!She truly went above and beyond the basic standard of help & care. She was honest, informative, and super knowledgeable on all the products. I was extremely impressed with her efforts to offer the Canadian Tire MasterCard which I already have. Monica even wanted to make sure I had all my offers selected so save and earn cash back on my purchase.She took the time and attention to help , and provided everything we needed to make the best possible decision.She truly made the buying process a breeze!I would definitely go out of my way to shop here again, just for the incredible customer service!She is such a terrific associate. The staff are SO knowledgeable and kind. I am always so amazed by the service I receive every time.I really needed help with running shoes and clothes for my first race. So grateful Beth was there to help me. Her extensive knowledge about sport cheks clothes, gear and shoes being an athlete herself made my experience shopping at the Alliston location exceptional. I’ve ran 3 races now and each time I’ve come to sport chek to buy all my gear specifically because of Beth.Today was no different. I was really excited she was working because I knew i would leave the store feeling so happy and confident with all my purchases. Thanks Beth for being awesome at what you do!

Terrible service.Drove to this location because they had boots for our son (according to the online store). Walked around looking for just under 15 minutes without as much as a "Hello" or "would you like some help".Left without being helped/attended to.Staff seemed busy chatting amongst themselves.Orangeville or Bolton would be a better choice

Amazing staff! I have been after a specific colour GT Aggressor Pro bike for a couple weeks now. This bike is sold out everywhere in the GTA. I managed to call the Woodbridge location this morning as I saw that they may have one in stock. Unfortunately they did not, but informed me that Alliston had one more. I called to confirm and they had one left in stock. Jumped in the car and drove up from Newmarket. When I got to the store, they were actually assembling the bike for me, so everything worked out in my favour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
