Put my car in to switch tires . No previous issues at all , only low tread on old tires . Got a call saying my wheel sensors need to be replaced. An extra 100 bucks . I said no because I had no issues. Light actually came on when each wheel lost 5 lbs of air due to temperature change . He replaced my tires and since both rear wheels have slow leaks and one of tire valves has visible damage . I wouldn't trust them with my car ever again .

Went for a re- torque of tires. I arrived without an appointment, and it was raining, to see when I could have this done. Done within a short wait ( till the rain pauses) Done with a smile. Thanks Ripleys!!

Called ahead to schedule a date to bring my car in for a break job, as i don't live in Alliston. Very accommodating - issues and cost were explained to me in full up front before any work was started. Job was done within the estimated timeframe and i had my car back before the end of the day. Professional and friendly staff

No care of public safety while over looking major certified demanded componatnts.
They over looked/missed a major brakes & wheel operation when the return complaint of: "it didn't sound like this when I dropped it off".
Gave me lubricant on the brakes and re-torked the tires. Great lunbricant lasted nearly two months.
Then the loud wheel/brake area was loud again .... After a wheel bearing is diagnosed elsewhere. Shockingly they have emailed me back with blame that I didn't report the issue.
DO NOT USE PAST A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE.
The receptionist is nice!

I had my Tacoma there last week for the first time. I'm glad I did. Rick and his team were great. I highly recommend Ripley's as I got exactly what was quoted at a very reasonable price. I'll be back for sure.

Coming from a bit of a mechanical background, I wouldn’t mind letting these guys work on my car again if I were local. They communicated well, were on time and gave an accurate quote. The price for parts along with the time spent on labor were very reasonable. The cherry was their willingness to answer my questions.
