Three weeks ago I ran into a big problem with a couple of my prescriptions the Pharmacist and her assistant were so helpful and kind to me and solved my issue both women went out of their way and I will never forget it so Thank you so much. I then went to the checkout and the cashier was wonderful also. I’m so lucky to have such service Happy Holidays to all the Staff at Rexall Alliston.

Despite the 3 negative reviews using the same words, obviously written by the same crank, I have found all the staff at this store to be professional, helpful and caring. They listen. The pharmacists take care of orders and refills promptly and appear to have the full confidence of our family doctor. AND… I have never found them to be “very rude” let alone rude.

Pharmacist and staff at this location are very rude. The pharmacy never has product in stock and tells you to wait two to three days, then when you complain they all of a sudden have product as they claim another patient cancelled their prescription.Not sure how this location stays open with such arrogant staff who represent Rexall corporate offices.If this was my location there would be a major staff change up from management down. Good luck to this location

Extremely unprofessional pharmacists. They were incredibly rude to a customer who has anxiety, depression and is prone to panic attacks. They shorted him on his meds and when he called them to let them know, they yelled at him and told him that they always triple check all meds. The customer watched them fill his prescription and they DID NOT triple check the amount. Then the pharmacist had the audacity to send a letter by Purolator to the customer telling them they will not serve them anymore and then called all the other pharmacies in town to tell them not to deal with this customer either.

Mediocre selection, some products that are available at the local Shoppers were not available here last time I checked.
