This local shop in the town of Alliston is my go to spot for regular maintenance on my car. Rob has always been fantastic at booking me in for reasonable times and not charging me through the roof for servicing.

We broke down 2 hours into a 4 hour road trip with an overheating engine. I spent some time adding coolant and burping it but to not risk a more serious issue I took it here.
Rob and his team were fantastic and took the time (when they were very busy)to test and diagnose the overheating issue. They weren't able to identify any remaining issues and were able to complete the work before we came back from our trip. Rob was confident that the car was sound and we were able to make it back home safely (and they didn't even charge us!). Appreciate the help and will be sure to recommend them in the area.

Top notch and honest service. Rob & Will are spectacular, share their knowledge, and are able to explain critical and non critical issues w vehicles. Flexible and courteous service. We have moved, tried other repair garages and have gone back.

Our van has gotten older and needing more repairs lately. The mechanic we used for small repairs was very unreliable and we had to start looking around for a new mechanic. The reviews for Master Mechanic in Alliston were fantastic but there was one that stood out the most. It was where a negative was made into a positive and it was when the potential customer wanted to be seen quickly but Master Mechanics said it wouldn't be fair to their already existing clientele. That loyalty is rare these days and I knew we needed to bring our van there based on that one response. I cannot put into words how grateful we are to Rob for looking after us. He is a genuine and amazing person. Beyond helpful and caring, skillful and professional we are thrilled we took a chance and made the call. Thanks Rob for looking after the van, it was left in the best possible hands around.

One of the most honest mechanic shops around town. Everyone here is welcoming and friendly. Never had a negative experience with anyone or the feedback of what work was necessary to be completed. No one was ever pushy or tried to upsell. Best shop in Alliston! Highly recommend!!!

Great service as a vehicle owner of 2 vehicles i have felt ripped off by many auto repair places but not here Rob is great to deal with very honest and trustworthy we moved from Alliston to Barrie but still go here its worth the drive only place we trust not to take advantage

Pretty decent guys here. I was super busy and needed a tesla tire change and couldnt find time to get it to the tesla dealership. I was extremely hesistant to trust regular (non tesla) mechanics with my Tesla. In the end I chose these guys because we have dealt with them prior.We did have an issue prior but they did their best (heater core chevy equinox had to redo it twice and we had to wait 2 weeks for our vehicle) So was a huge pain. But it wasnt done on purpose and im sure they didnt want to redo it as you have to take the whole entire front of the car apart. So doing that twice was not fun for either of us.So in the end, we went with them because I felt if they screwed up my tesla, they would rectify it being a chain and all.Anyways no issues even though I was uncomfortable about it.Good riddance to GM and Ford type vehicles. They are all garbage.
