Booked time for two people over the phone, when we arrived appeared they didn't have us scheduled and let us know that we lucky that they have a hairdresser available to do both of us. Oh wow, thanks, considering we had to driver there. So when she was finishing the first person they didn't even let me know directly that they wont have time for my hair; they exchanged couple of phrases between themselves and didn't even acknowledge that to me. At that point seeing what a disaster they doing to my friend, I lacked all wish to proceed with them touching my hair and wouldn't go anyway for it, but that they wouldn't fit me coz someone else came by appt after, had to be communicated properly. Especially, when it was their fault that the scheduling person didn't do her job! From watching what they do to hair of other people and my friend, seems these hairdressers stuck in 80s and not learning new and up to date technics.
