Been going to them for years , absolutely incredible service, not only are they more then fair prices they genuinely care about there customers, I have never had an issue ,and being a woman I don't feel like they talk to me like I'm stupid unlike many in the bussience, highly recommend!

What a fantastic team! Knowledgeable, attentive and honest. I needed a mechanic closer to home and the reviews and recommendations were certainly not wrong.They will provide advice, help find acceptable solutions and not oversell or overcharge. The quality of service provided is unmatched in the local area.Also, they will complete a safety inspection for motorcycles, for MTO requirements on transfer as well.

Purchased a car from this dealership, sold safetied. Within one week of having the vehicle I had two major issues. The first was transmission lines had been leaking fluid everywhere as they weren't attached to anything, the second was brake failure due to rotted out brake lines.When I had went to view the car I noticed the brakes were very squishy, I was assured the brakes would be completely serviced to meet the safety requirements. Before returning the car back to the dealership I had my mechanic look at it and he stated that the car in no world should have been safetied with the brake lines in the condition they were.On top of this everytime I called the dealership they would tell me they'd look into the problem and call me right back. Everytime, without fail, I waited and waited then called again for the response to he "oh yeah, I was supposed to call you right back huh?".Do not recommend this dealer at all.

My husband’s mother gave us her car as she is no longer able to drive. We picked it up in Edmonton where she lives and had new tires put on it before making the trip home. The tire company there told us we needed new brakes, but we were suspicious of them as the brakes were not showing any sign of wear and decided to bring it home and deal with that when we had it safetied to switch the ownership to our name. We took the car to Alliston Auto Centre as they had been very fair and honest with our daughter when she took her car there. We told them it needed a brake job as well as safetied and prepared ourselves for the bill. Imagine our surprise when they called to tell us that all the car needed to be safetied was a replacement windshield wiper for the back window and that the brakes were still at 60% life and did not need any work!! We were so grateful and impressed by their honesty - Alliston Auto Centre will be the only place we take our vehicles for service from now on and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic.
