Been going to Tuggies for a quite some time to fill up. Today, an older female employee flat out told me they have no gas. As people are filling up all around me and I waited after to see if perhaps I just came as they ran out and she continued to fill the person who was in line behind me. I've heard about the racism there towards white people but i had never experienced it myself until now. I've had very friendly conversations with a couple other employees but I have never been treated with such discrimination until now. Guess I'm now a regular at Roots gas bar down the road.

We encountered highly unprofessional behavior and what appeared to be discriminatory treatment from the staff. During our visit with my parents and my foreign relatives, we experienced significant negativity from the female attendant who handled our gas and the male employee who processed our payment.
Despite the establishment's sign requesting tips, it is difficult to justify such a gesture when basic respect and decent customer service are not provided. Low gas prices should not compensate for poor customer service.

Tuggy's is our go-to gas station when we're in the area. Fast efficient service every time. It's full-serve and they're always on top of their game. No washrooms here, but they have a clean biffy on site. (Porta-Potty)
