Tried calling on a Sunday morning around 9:30. Asked the young lady to check if what I was looking for in stock so she transfers me to some other young lady which I asked the same question so she puts me on hold for like 15 minutes then hangs up on me so I call back and I asked why after waiting 15 minutes they hang up and the excuse was we are very busy and can't help you no apologies. I would not have had to call if the website would be easy to navigate but unfortunately anything I would type in it could not identify what I wanted that was simple as garden mesh fence which I could not find in all of the departments. Very disappointing when you try and shop local but don't get results.

Great prices for building supplies. My only issue is the lack of English literature/ signage around. Whenever they have a promotion flyer out, it’s usually just in French. Annoying for someone who isn’t native to this area of “French Ontario”

I bought $300 in building materials (drywall/insulation) and paid $60 for delivery. It was delivered on an open flatbed truck on a day it was raining so everything got soaked. The bags of insulation looked like they had been taken out of the garbage as well. I had to waste my own time/gas to bring it back to exchange. I have been shopping at this store for many years for all my reno projects, but they have officially lost a costumer.

Worst service. Lived here two years in Alfred. Built a 8 ft. Fence . About 3 thousand dollars. Bought my material from pont masson. Sented me 2 different colors of fence boards most of staff don't speak English went there to get fence post concrete they took me to the . stuucco aisle. That was my last time at I go to that store . It appear to me that nobody cares. I haven't complained about this business ever . But there incompetent can't be ignored.
