Placed a roadside emergency request with CAA. I broke down in the middle of the road. They just cancelled the request, texted that they were too busy and to wait 2 days until they opened again. No offer of who else I could call, no trying to transfer my request to another towing company etc. No care at all.
Why are you even open and accepting calls if you are going to reject them? Why don't you care about people being stranded in blizzards, if this is your business.

Less than satisfiedRequired brakes for front made appointment and asked if they could get car since I'm only a block away, on the day of never showed or texted me went somewhere else got it done cheaper

Resolved the issue quickly with my corolla, saved me from spending money on a wheel bearing, turned out to be some cupping on a nearly dead tire. Very reasonable price for the diagnostics and resolution. Will use them again.

I got a nail in my tire when I stopped at a store for a drink, while passing through Alfred. I asked them for help, with a plug, or even a plug that I could buy and install myself, explaining that I was 200km from home. The only garage in town that I'm aware of. The guy said no, and sent me away. I found a tire shop about 4 or 5 km west of the town, and made it there on a half flat tire, they gladly fixed me up right away!I wouldn't bother with this Lamarche garage if I was you!Service: Tires
