Called this garage in an emergency situation, 10 minutes before closing time. Needed a tire plugged, was leaking air fast. Robert fixed it within 10 minutes and price was very fair.

Had my rad fixed and was told the oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced but was safe to drive to ottawa. Gages went wonky and thought must be the oil sensor. My rad blew again. 300 for the tow and 500 for the mechanic to tell me starman didn't plug my fan back in. I was told my money would be reimbursed. Figured they would deduct from my next bill. They then said they wouldn't because it was past the warranty. When I reminded them that the conversation was within the warranty and no deadline was ever mentioned they suddenly had no memory of the conversation. Disgusted by the dishonesty and will never have anything good to say until they own up to their mistake and give me my money back.

(05/25/20) - Visiting friends in town needed brakes done - had a few days and very cheap price was great - but after paid left town west on 43 got to 138 and the car was acting extremely weird and floating around - got out checked nuts both rear wheels all nuts were finger tight - WOW went back he was very apologetic and torqued all four wheels - as serious as this was mistakes happen, left again. Car was a bit noisy squeaky figured because all pads and rotors new …. but over the next month they got louder and started pulling right hard on braking … brought to my local mechanic pulled one wheel and it was 100% dry, no grease sliders or on the rear of pads had a single drop of grease completely dry … this is not a mistake - would not recommend this shop
