Really disappointed with the service I received today. I walked in around 3:10 PM and was looking for a Clarins product. I asked the young woman that was stocking shelves if they had any of the product I was looking for. She said no and turned her back and kept stocking the shelves. She didn't say anything else and no suggestions given. It seemed like she didn’t care. This was my first time shopping at this store. What a bad first experience.

I've given this store 3 chances for printing photos. The first, their photo kiosk was defective and kept freezing. When I asked for help, the lady kept leaving me every couple of seconds and I had to ask for her to come back several times. I even tried a second kiosk and not all of my pictures transferred. After several times of asking for help, I couldn't find the worker anymore (event though I was the only customer there). So I left without pictures. Second time was my sister, not myself. She got told on the phone that they printed a certain size but once at the store, the lady was very rude to her telling her they don't print those size and there's no way she called. So my sister walked out. Now I gave them another try and they had new kioks. I didn't do any editing needed, just uploaded and checked out but it cut off all of my pictures (about 1/4 length). I asked the supervisor to help me as I didn't touch anything the first time. Turns out with the new kiosk, your pictures will all be cut out if you don't go individually move them back. She then told me I had to pay twice because it was my fault that I didn't review them properly the first time. They lost my business, not only for pictures but for their store. Horrible customer service.

I have a medication i was placed on by veterans affairs when I retired from the military many years ago. it was has some stigma attached to it and although most pharmacy are polite and courteous, the treatment i received hère has made me feel like a POS and beneath them. can't believe they were recommended... I didn't watch my friends take their last breaths overseas so we could be spit on by the very people we're fighting for.

IN ALEXANDRIA, ON. On Main St. STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGER. I HEARD HIM TWICE ALREADY SPEAK EXTREMELY RUDELY AND DEMEANING TO THE EMPLOYEES. HE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE IF ANYONE HEARD AND SAW HIM. TURNED MY STOMACH AND DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS. SHOPPERS DRUG MART IS 2 BLOCKS AWAY.

Practical store with lots of options from cosmetics, to books and CDs and obviously medications and vitamins.Friendly staff that remind you of your AirMiles card so you can collect or redeem points.

Unpretentious monolingual pharmacist.. there are 6 of them behind the counter and don't seem to know what they are doing.. waited 1/2 hour for 1 pill!!!

The pharmacy staff sadly have no idea what they are doing regarding paperwork and have very little empathy. Never have I been told by so many that they would rather I die than continue to bother them, not in those exact words obviously...
