Do not go here for headlights, they are always broken. I have changed my headlights before with no problem, I know how to change my headlight. Out of 5 separate headlights I’ve purchased here all of them have been sold broken. I had to go to my mechanic twice because I thought something was wrong with my car. I was so angry last time I didn’t even want a refund after the third bulb I got yesterday, and I know it wasn’t my car because I went to a mr lube and it was replaced with no problem. The last time I took the bulb to my mechanic when I was sure something was wrong with my car and he showed me how it was broken. I was VERY careful with the bulbs, handling it like an explosive, not touching the glass and I put it in correctly. (I’ve bought bulbs from other stores and have succeeded in replacing the bulb myself plenty of times) Whoever is shipping or stocking is not careful, even when I changed brands and bought the more expensive one it was broken, that’s when I gave up completely on this store.

Store clerk Star was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, then while having to deal with Charlie (the store manager) with a defective product, he was also incredible at customer care and service. Very impressed
