For truckers they have overnight parking at the very end of the building. Guy in the shipping was very nice . But the receiving guy he is very rude he don’t care about your time … come here with appointment or they don’t care about you ,

No consideration for their customers.
Over the past few months I had started changing my baseboards in my house to a model made by them.
While wanting to complete the rest of my house this week I learned that they discontinued the model I had started using for single orders. They only do special orders for full pallets. I'm an individual, I don't need 280 pieces, I need 35.
They don't care at all that I now have to change the baseboards in a third of my house that I had already done. The only answer I get from them is “we can’t do anything for you”. I even offered to pay double for the 35 pieces I need. Nothing to do, they don't care.
I'm going to have to change my baseboards again because of them, but this time I'm going to go to the Metrie.
No respect for their customers.

Called over the holidays and spoke to Mark at reception who was very kind and was able to ship me the missing parts for my adjustable picket door frame free of charge. Great service! Thanks Mark!

I purchased a pocket door not, and it comes knocked down, but was very easy to assemble.I had a question, so I called the manufacturer and the guy at the order desk answered my question. Her even guided me to an online video that showed the process.I REALLY like the mechanism for hanging the door: solid, quiet, smooth action, and sturdy.

Don’t go without delivery appointment call them 24 hour before your arrival otherwise you have to wait for long hours

They were nice . I was there 3 hours earlier than my delivery appointment but they unload me. In & out within 1:30 hours.

Very fast unloading around 45 minutes with a canvas travel. Very friendly staff. The guy in the class helped me fold my canvases and even rolled up some straps..

No common sense waiting to load...done 3 times I went there and waited 4 to 6 hours.....in addition to the destination given they don't even make the telephone calls to give the delivery times to truckers and tell the other company the trucker's arrival time
