We have been customers for almost 15 years and have always had an excellent service for the two 5th wheels we purchased ? With time employees have come and gone however the management team has always been constant with the way we have been serviced. We are on the road every weekend with our unit from May to the end of October. Needless to say that we are grateful for the knowledge the service team has and the care they take of our unit when it’s in their shop! We especially appreciate Ping Tan, the owner, who has always been very attentive to our needs and who truly cares about his clients hapiness ? He recently demonstrated to us once again that he does care by helping us when it was not at all an obligation for him to do so! He reminded us about the mission of Alexandria Camping Centre … Happy campers ? He has no idea as to what a difference he made for us! We will always remember that when life dealt us a bunch of lemons in a row due to issues not related to our unit, he turned them into a pitcher of lemonade. Not only did he make a big difference for us, he reminded us that people still care about people! So… when you purchase an RV, it’s not just a question of price, it’s a combination of customer service, how the management team treats its employees and customers and how they truly apply their mission! Thank you Ping Tan for the difference you made for Stephane Decary and I ?

We just purchased our 5th wheel trailer at Alexandria CC and I have to say it was one of the best purchase experiences I have had. Starting out with Mario and Mr Ping for a no rush walk threw of many units then the several trips back to double and triple check this was the right camper. One signed the delivery with Michel and Norm with a walk through on how it works and making everything right to bringing it to our site. Last but not least After Sales Service with Amanda and Jean-Guy made the day and continue to help with all our needs. If I had to do it again I would skip the others and drive straight here.

Bought a camper August last year. Got it for a good price. Had to bring it for repair for the window this year, service was fast and well done. They are always helpful when you need help with maintenance and supplies for your camper.

I contacted Alexandria Camping Centre via the website about a certain unit I was interested in. Dom got back to me quick and we set up a date for me to come see the unit, great everything was set up. He mentioned that he would be away however his father Ping would be able to help out. My wife and I wanted to trade in our 2022 toy hauler for a more couples oriented trailer. When we got to the dealership, Dom’s brother took us under his wing to help out but couldn’t find the trailer. It was later discovered that the unit I had booked a viewing for was sent to the IPM(International Plowing Match) in Kemptville(45min drive away). Ping was apologetic and gave us $50 for entrance fees so we can see the unit and maybe make a deal. The trailer was perfect and we started talking with Mario. That’s the fourth person we have now talked with about a deal. Just when things were looking promising, Mario, the bearer of bad news told us the price Dom was willing to give us and it made me throw up in my mouth a bit. He offered $10,000 less than other dealers we had visited. We heard that he would have offered $27,000 for a trade but because the unit was on sale he dropped the trade price to cover the difference which the sale price was. Dom was firm on the lowball price and that in it self persuaded us to stop communication with the dealership and move on to a better deal at a different dealership. The sales team were good but the owner/big boss needs experience in my opinion. I would suggest having a weak plan “b” (because it won’t take much to leave empty handed) to fall back on when negotiating goes bad.

J'ai tardé à écrire un commentaire, je le fais un peu tard mais il est important de commenter quand nous sommes satisfaits de notre achat et du service que l'on reçoit. Nous avons acheté notre fifthwheel à l'automne 2021 et avons pris possession en mai 2022. Nous avons reçu un excellent service de toutes les personnes dont nous avons eu affaires, de la vente jusqu'à la prise de possession. Aussi, comme nous sommes nouveaux dans le monde du Vr, nous téléphonons souvent pour des questions et on nous aide toujours, et s'ils sont occupés, ils nous rappellent ! Merci à Mario, Gabriel, Jean-Guy et Norm pour l'excellent service, nous recommandons Alexandria Campground sans hésitation ! I'm doing it a little late but it is important to comment when we are satisfied with our purchase and the service we receive. We purchased our fifthwheel in the fall of 2021 and took possession in May 2022. We received excellent service from everyone we dealt with, from the sale to the pickup. Also, since we are new to the RV world, we call often with questions and they always help us, and if they are busy, they call us back! Thanks to Mario, Gabriel, Jean-Guy and Norm for the excellent service, we recommend Alexandria Campground without hesitation.

We bought our rig at Alexandria Camping Center though we live in the province of Québec. They made the whole process effortless. We had to bring our rig twice for warranty work (every new RV will have some issues), all repairs were done professionally and exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Amanda is a joy. I am proud to display their name on my wheel cover. Highly recommended.

Our 2023 Imagine 3210BH is amazing. Only got in one camping trip having purchased late in the season. We thoroughly enjoyed the outing, and cannot wait till next year. Alexandria Camping were excellent to deal with, Gilles, our salesman, was great, very helpful and a very pleasant guy. Highly recommend if you are shopping for an RV.
