I want to say that I think she is the best manager I've ever spoken to at the Ajax Warehouse or any of your Costco stores. “I'm not sure if people are confusing the vision center with the actual Optometrist that is located at the entrance for their reviews, but the vision center in Ajax is fantastic. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable when I go to order my contacts, They usually have everything in stock or have my stuff ready in only a few days when I order bulk. There is one gentlemen working there in particular who always just has the best/happiest mood that is usually contagious. I think they definitely deserve 5 stars.”

“Usually friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacist. I want to say I know everyone makes mistakes, but be extra careful especially because you are dealing with medications. Weeks ago few prescriptions were faxed and they missed one. It was hard to get hold if them to enquire about the missed prescription. I ended up going back to my doctor who showed me that everything was faxed. Anyhow, he faxed it again. Called the morning after and had to wait couple hours to get it. I asked if I couldn't get it earlier and she said they just opened. You missed a very important medication weeks ago and can't put a rush on the one that was resend? Not good!”
