Absolutely overpriced and rude manager. Items are cheaper NEW and unused in stores. There is a reason the case for more expensive items is overflowing, they price thing absolutely ridiculous. It's no longer a thrift store.

Definitely the dirtiest location of Value Village I've been to, and that's a very low to get over as we know. Disorganised and very dusty. Wheeled basket to shop with have wheels so clogged with dust and hair they don't roll. Bits and pieces and hair and dust in front of even showcase display. Over flowing garbage can outside, and not just some items seen above the rim, literally cups and bags piled up on top, leaning against store window.

Try and look for non-chain thrift stores that support your community. Value Village, Goodwill, etc are all for-profit organizations. A lot of what VV sells these days is overpriced or items from Dollarama priced higher than the Dollarama price.
