The manager at this location is NOT customer oriented. I brought her an item to check if she had a specific size in the back and she simply told me she did not have any in the back and she put them all out. When I cashed out, the cashier said they DID have the size and went back and got me one. When I confronted the manager, she replied with “so, sue me”. She was completely uappologetic and went on to argue with me and insisted that I gave her a different article to check, not the one I was interested in. (Check your cameras.). Every time I’m there, this manager never smiles, always looks miserable, and gives off an unapproachable presence. I reminded her that my sales pay her salary but she dismissed me without even an applogy. I hate shopping in this location when she’s on duty. She needs management and customer service refresher training. Everyone else in this location is fantastic. I hope she doesn’t rub off in any of them. Glad to discuss more over a phone call if UA is serious about their management representation. Tony.

You can get goods at discount. Just be careful to check during sales the tag price rings up correctly. They have decent size fitting rooms that are maintained.

Horrible customer service and management. I was in there shopping and I’m 7.5 months pregnant and like most pregnant woman I had to use the washroom. I kindly asked a sales rep to use the washroom in which he replied we don’t have bathrooms. I responded and asked how he used the washrooms, to which he said employees only. After speaking to management they weren’t helpful but extremely rude and told us if customers have to use the washroom we have to use the store beside them “reitmans”Absolutly disgusted that they have no decency for another human that clearly needed help in a vulnerable state.
