My wife and I recently moved into our new build and needed to get window treatments for some key areas / rooms in our home.Sunshades Blinds & Drapery were absolutely the most competitive in terms of pricing, and provided excellent assistance throughout the purchasing process.The store had a nice selection of blinds to review, and the installation technician was very thorough and professional both when they came to measure and during the insallation.Thank you Charlie, Colin and anyone else that assisted us in our purchase.

I called them looking for an add-on for a blinds system we had purchased elsewhere. They were helpful and really seemed to know their stuff. They ordered this in for me quickly. I'm pleased with the product I ordered and with their excellent service. Will start here for any future window covering needs!

My senior aunt was frustrated with the customer service. She had to chase them for installation and then again to come back to repair their mistake. It took months to get it right.

Customer service and response is terrible.The former owner was very accommodating in facilitating repairs. These new owners have no interest.

fabulous customer service, and installer Colin explained everything we needed to know about our new blinds, and I must add how friendly he was, the new blinds look amazing, i will with no doubt deal with Sunshade again in the future.

Horrible customer service! A few years ago we purchased shutters for our front office and upstairs bedrooms. Company would not assist with replacing 3 broken vinyl slates or recommend a vendor to replace them. When spending $$ you must do your due diligence.

Excellent work. Fast, efficient, accurate, and reasonable. The installer was fabulous and the staff were prompt and helpful. I replaced all the Venetian blinds in the house with California shutters. I am beyond pleased with the results.
