got post cards printed only 12 , front desk wouldn't cut and said to come next day . paid extra for express service already ... would have taken less than 5 mins to cut . not impressed

I'd give a zero star if possible. Mike, the manager is an arrogant misogynist. Lazy, rude and insulting to customers. The store was empty and he refused to have someone bring out my curbside order because they were " too busy". I walked in the store to find 2 employees and Mike himself, just standing around. When I tried to explain my frustration on the phone with the terribly outdated system, he just kept interrupting and eventually hung up on me. I will be reporting his atrocious behavior to head office. He clearly has ego and anger issues and should not be in management. No wonder why staples is 1 step away from being obsolete. Mike is a terrible example of customer service.

Hi there..it was my first time in Staples and fortunately I left joyfully because of Ananthu( maybe spelled him wrong).Highly appreciate his customer service, helpful and supportive.Keep it up!

Went here to make a few coloured copies. Nothing big. Printed 25 copies. The first few were great, but then the words on the remaining ones started blurring together making it very difficult to read. Asked for help, one male worker responsed "the lady behind the desk will help you". The male worker did not even make eye contact but said this as he walked away. Went to the desk where the lady was. The women refused to acknowledge that I was there despite me making noise. After having boxes placed infront of my face and being ignored I went back to my copier. That's when I realized it logged me out, but did not print a receipt. I left this store with a few good copies (4) that cost about $15 and 30 mins of my time. Will not return to this store. Definitely need to retrain staff or hired new ones.

This location is busy, but the staff is able to keep up. I've used their PCs and self-serve printers, it's costly, but it'll have to do when you need it. There is plenty of parking.

I will not return to this store! I do not recommend to visit this store.For Canadian passport please go to opposite side of the store for 10$.I am disgusted by my experience at this store!We have been loyal customers of Staples for decades, and we print our marketing materials here weekly!i went to the store for Canadian passport photo, and the girl(yashika) took my picture which was not good i told her to take another one and she was yelling on me. the staff is so rude. After 5 minutes i went back because stamp was not clear behind photo and she told me you left store so now i will take another photo and for that i have to pay again. For a second I thought she was joking but ,she was serious, then i talked with manager had the audacity to tell me that "he tries to explain to me the company policy, but I am unable to understand". That's when I had enough and decided to leave the store.

Went just before close to look for ink, the guy helping me was nice and tried to locate the ink. Then another guy came, maybe a manager and said they don't have it.There's more than one "Ink Guarantee" policy sticker stuck on the banners of the brands like Canon, HP, etc. Basically if they don't have your ink in stock, you get $10 off that ink and another $10 discount for a different ink. Which I thought was nice for the inconvenience. I asked if I can take advantage of the ink guarantee but the guy just laughed and was like never had that and it's gone before COVID?!I don't understand why you would mislead a customer and if it was left on in error, you have a perfect opportunity to fix it but clearly they don't care. If you go it would still be stuck there and they would laugh at you if you asked. Pretty dumb.Anyways I got the same ink at the closest Walmart, fully stocked and it's cheaper than Staples plus no false advertising.

We came around 4:30 and wait in line for 10 mins. When it’s our turn, the assistant told me they stop photo service 30 mins before closing, and they close at 5. However we were in the line before this happened and no sign clearly stated or anyone kindly to tell us their photo service will be closed for the day. Very disappointed!

Generally the staff at this store is quite friendly but the last time I visited, Saturday, March 9, that was not the case. It was 4:50 PM and they refused to accommodate my request. I had to go to Walmart in Pickering. Even the manager, Mr Artiesh wouldn’t budge. I wish he could be a bit more understanding.
