In September of 2024 my Son bought me 78" Dorset TTNF MATT. $2,000.00 (mattress only) HST extra. Two weeks later dent was was observed. Warranty claim was placed Sleep Country response is that it is normal wear & tear. I do weight 200 lbs, 6 feet tall, no dent in old mattress. According to Sleep Country Warranty dent is only 0.25 inch. Please see attached. I would say it is 1-3/4".
They have same photos.
If someone is to come and assess, there is a fee of $50.
Furthermore I was told that depression of less than 1-1/2" is normal and excludes any warranty claim. Is that official policy?
On top of it I was advised that money will not be returned under any circumstances!!!
Please read small print prior to purchase of anything in Sleep Country.
Can someone from Sleep Country respond in writing. Is that really is your corporate policy?

My husband and I went to sleep country this week to purchase a mattress and bed frame. Our Sales clerk, named Sam, promptly assisted us with exactly what we were looking for. He was very patient, personable and efficient. This is my 4th time purchasing a mattress from this location, highly recommended!

I've bought several mattresses over the years at this Sleep Country location. Had a great experience this time with Janet and Sam. We take a long time with big purchases and they both took time and explained the pros & cons of different mattresses etc. Sleep Country also has a price guarantee, which they've honoured TWICE so far on this purchase! I purchased a new Kingsdown mattress from the Sleep Country Ajax store on May 18th, 2024. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I had the pleasure of working with Sam, who was patient with me while I decided on which mattress I liked best.
Sam did not pressure me but went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my mattress and ensure I had my new bed in time. I would highly recommend visiting this store and speaking with Sam if you are shopping around for a new mattress.

Wish I could give Zero*. Bought mattress for my parents, Dad who is only 110 lbs and mom 170 lbs. After using it for just less than a year it sagged enough on one side(dad’s side110lbs) to be uncomfortable,(No sagging or body impression on mom’s side) .Received 5 years warranty upon purchasing it, I thought to go for warranty claim. I was told that I would be charged a fee for a technician to come to my house and inspect the mattress. Or They asked to upload few photos of the mattress with the warranty claim form. Followed their instructions but guess what, warranty Claim denied. How can someone in sleep country’s office examine by just looking at photos of the mattress if nothing wrong with the mattress on the inner, especially when a 110lbs can sag the mattress on one side and not 170lbs on the other side. Sorry for being in too details, but as a first time buyers experience, sleep country really disappointed me. Definitely, Would not recommend buying. Zero* and unsatisfactory.
