“I came in person about a Printing request and was met by Litly, she and everyone else at this location was kind and helpful with my request. Going as far as to keep in contact with me via email throughout the whole process to ensure the product was correct and to notify me when it was ready to be picked up. Litly even provided her own feedback and suggestions which go a long way in showing her dedication to providing great Guest service. “Super grateful for the staff and owners at this location who assisted me with taking a picture of my newborn for a passport. They were pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about the passport picture requirements which included waiting for the perfect moment for my baby to open their eyes. Other locations declined to assist but they were ready and willing. THANK YOU!”
