product i ordered had a piece missing, i have called a couple times and have been passed around from person to person and have left messages that are not being returned. They have my money but dont care about good service or satisfied clients. This was the first and last time i will deal with them

Apparently I wasn’t part of the boys club and it was a mere 30 minutes until closing, so the guy there couldn’t give me the time of day. Had no problem chatting up one man in the shop about golf and apologizing to the other for keeping him waiting though. Heard about poor customer service here but it was close by and wanted to give it a try. Nope

The team at Sesco is always polite/ friendly and puts me first as a customer. They always have stock of what I need and if for some reason they do not they will always find a way to get it quick and efficiently without putting me out for time. As a electrical GC downtime is never option and its great to have the trust that the staff always have my back. Keep up the great work!

Paid $160 more for wire than I would’ve at Home Depot. I was shocked when I looked at the price Home Depot had #12 black for compared to what I paid with a cash sale here. Will never use these guys for small purchases again.

Poor customer service for face mask exempt individuals. You will be treated like a second class citizen. Avoid and do business elsewhere.Let's be generous and say there was half a dozen people in the shop. Well under the requirements even for a "small space." Stop trying to save face and call it what it is. If I could rate lower now I would.
