Save yourself some time , don't go in store here. Rogers customer service call center is better than this. I was straight told can't help without even trying to understand what I was there for.

Is it a high security bank vault or a Rogers store? Wait outside, look in the camera, show ID. the wait is brutal and moves very slow. This is the only branch I’ve ever seen do this….

Parents went in to return a phone bought on device return option as it was the end of their term. The lazy retail workers here LIED and denied them, telling them to call customer service to return it as they cannot do it in store (which is a LIE). They are just too lazy and are too busy with twiddling their thumbs to pack it in a box to ship out. I’ve worked in mobile sales for 5+ years. The least they could have done is called customer support with my parents to help them get the return box. Good luck with your future endeavours if you have such a bad work ethic.
I recommend that customers do not shop with Roger’s, instead go to mobile kiosk in loblaw/superstore or Best Buy. They have way better deals.

Very unpleasant customer service- we initially went there for Fido around 6pm on a weekday, even though the store hours indicate that they are open until 8pm we got redirected to Rogers. The store doesn't let you in, you have to use a buzzer, look at the camera above the store, and wait in line outside. They take you one by one even though the store is literally empty inside. We found it very offensive, as if each client is a potential robber.

Was ready to buy a new phone in store, however, store employees weren't letting anyone in due to lack of associates. Expected me to scan a QR code and wait outside in my car for an undisclosed amount of time. Ended up buying a new phone elsewhere.

Second time I’ve been here to upgrade my phone and was helped both times by a gentleman named Lequane (I really hope I spelled that right I’m so sorry if I didn’t) he was so great, and worked with me through the process. This time was way faster than the last time but he was patient and helped me figure out what was wrong. Definitely would recommend this location just based on those two experiences.
Everyone at this location is friendly, all in a great mood and they all help each other.

I went to return my phone at the end of the finance term as usual. I get 1 inch in the door they asking why i am there and I tell them. They ask if I'm getting a new phone, and I say 'no' and she tell me she cant help me, I need to call Rogers help line. I call Rogers, and they can't even process the return because the phone was bought at the store, it must be returned at the store.
Drive to another location, this place obviously just wants to sell, and not provide service. Hopefully Rogers finds someone new to run this place.

why have a store at all, sure if they are selling you new stuff they are great- but existing client go there and are told to phone the 1-800 # for an awkward conversation and lengthy wait time- simple stuff like change a plan or have bill question why can they not help! you got the store anyway??? calling you call centre is not a pleasant experiences

Worst experience ever. Feels like some dystopian prison. You have to line up and look into a camera to gain access. It’s freezing cold and we are locked out here like we are already determined to be criminals.

My recent experiences at the Rogers Communication store have been extremely disappointing. Despite making three consecutive trips from a considerable distance, I encountered unhelpful staff who not only failed to assist me but also refused to contact customer service on my behalf. The overall attitude of the employees was notably rude, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied and rating the customer service as a solid 0.

A communications store where the employee does not specialize in communication of what the customer wants. Rather than hearing the customer speak . The employee would choose to ramble on and on . Came here today the door was locked . People inside . I thought maybe a national holiday popped up . Spoke through a intercom . Talk about communication. Was told all agents are busy you can sit on the couch. Never happened. I explained to the young buck that I don't have service. Didn't hear a word of what I said. Instead kept rambleing on and told me to scan the qr code. Without service(no sim card) how can you scan a qr code. Almost as if the intercom is one way. When asked how long do I have to wait. Or do I need an appointment. We are still rambleing on.Mouth is working but the ears are dead.To the manager if you would like to hear more . Please reach out otherwise please keep your 3rd grade graduate at this store.
