The staff is attentive, polite, and super helpful. IF you like, they have great suggestions for your body type. If your size is not on hand in the store, they will order it for you in the store and have it delivered to your home. I highly recommend this store.

Everytime I've shopped here, I've always had a positive experience. The return policy is hassle free, and when something isn't in stock, I can order it online from the store and have it shipped to my house. My wife loves it because it has a great selection of professional clothing in great styles at reasonable prices.What more can you ask for?

Really bad customer service at the Ajax location. One of the cashiers was tied up with a long return/exchange order. And as the line to checkout continued to grow another worker just sat there watching and folding clothes, not jumping on a till to help clear the line.
