Brought in a suit I purchased from Moores for some minor adjustments. When I got the suit back I noticed the back of the jacket was very noticeably uneven at the bottom, so I returned to request that this was fixed. Instead I got to debate whether it was even an issue, if it could just be steamed, and how the tailor would even fix the issue (which was just a small oversight). The manager apologized about the issue, but was resistant to having the tailor take a second look without measurements being taken. Best they can do is for me to come back between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, to speak with the tailor. Apparently the manager can’t just tell the tailor they messed up and need to redo something.
With a short runway until my wedding, I now need to find a new tailor who can hopefully fix this mess.
I would highly suggest going anywhere else for men’s clothing. This place will not give you good advice about suits and won’t help when there’s an issue. The customer service is very cold and unhelpful.
To whoever at Moores is copying and pasting generic garbage responses here - I have already emailed and have yet to get a response, hence why I’m posting here.

Service was ok, appointment took longer than expected, with 4 staff members available service could've been expedited rather than them sitting around chatting.

Daniel helped with getting a suit, jeans and a fitted shirts for my partner. Daniel is very professional and he told us that he has been working with Moores for over 30 years. 10/10 would recommend Daniel to all family and friends

Went in last Tuesday to pick out a basic black suit for a last minute event. Joseph helped fit me into one right off the rack and went through several different sizing options with me to ensure I'd get the right suit for me. 10/10 Customer Service from the young man and I will be back for any future suit needs.

Issues from day 1. My poor husband and bridal party. My husband didn’t get a custom suit here because of the lack in stock. But We rented 10 suits from Moores, not only were the sizes off, they were reluctant to adjust the sizing for the boys, they were missing suspenders, ALLL of their shoes were incorrect and they did absolutely nothing to rectify these issues. The DAY before our wedding we were waiting for shoes to be shipped. So disappointed with the attitude and service.

Moores Ajax,what happened to you we received horrible service. We rented 10 tuxedos and from wrong fitting and wrong shoes ordered for all and the mother of the groom having to run around and waste 2 hrs of her time and gas picking up said wrong shoes was unacceptable along with many other wrongs that happened to many to list. Having been loyal customer over the years never again. Some of your staff should also be retrained in customer service

Got fitted by Devonte. Quick and painless experience. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have a difficult time fitting in suits but he was able to measure me up, and nailed it his first shot.Thank you

I went into the store to buy a suit as there was a death in my family. There were 4 staff members and no one helped me. They were all off in the corner wasting time and talking with each other. I was in the store looking around for 20 minutes and then finally someone came up to asked if I needed help. Why are these employees being paid to just stand there, socialize with each other and not help customers? The cost of paying 4 employees to do nothing and loss of my business vs. actually doing your job. I will have to go to Tip Tip now. I had never been to Moores before. I thought it was a high class store. I will never go back. Thanks for reading my review.
