“I ended coming to this location for a black screen issue on my Pixel 8 Pro that was only two months old. The screen would not turn on and as per Google's warranty, Mobile Kilinik was their authorized repair partner for Canada. Fortunately they had one in stock as I contacted another store that was closer to me and this location was the only one that had it in the region. The team here addressed the issue by replacing the screen in less than half an hour and it was covered by Google's warranty. Apparently I was also their very first customer to bring in a Pixel 8 Pro for them to work on.This was my first phone repair experience and it went very smooth and quick. The team was very professional and welcoming. Thank you very much.”

“As soon as me and my husband walked un, we were greeted and told us that there is a bit of a waiting time and they would help us as soon as possible. They kept saying sorry for the wait and they'll be with us shortly. A gentleman was working (didnt get a chance to get his name) and also Sarah. We dealt with Sarah and it's the best fido experience that I've ever had and I've been with Fido for over 10 years now. She was so polite and knowledgeable. I went in thinking what plan I wanted and what phone I wanted to upgrade to and with her expertise she got us a really good deal with the phone and plan knowing exactly what we were looking for. She picked the right phone for me. I also wanted a certain color but sadly she didn't have any in stock so she ran over to the Rogers store to see if they had any other colors available other than black. She also offered to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone but I said I could do it at home, but it was nice that it was offered. She also put my glass screen on for me! Me and my husband are going back this week so my husband could upgrade his phone and plan too. Thank you Sarah! You made my day!”

“Second time I’ve been here to upgrade my phone and was helped both times by a gentleman named Lequane (I really hope I spelled that right I’m so sorry if I didn’t) he was so great, and worked with me through the process. This time was way faster than the last time but he was patient and helped me figure out what was wrong. Definitely would recommend this location just based on those two experiences.
