I would never recommend anyone to come to this shop. Rick is here to scam you in your face. I brought my Audi here through my cousin as he was referred by someone who stated Rick was really good. That’s the opposite. I got the car diagnosed by other mechanics and within 15 minutes they were able to tell me what needed to fix (catalytic converter) Rick however took 3 weeks to diagnose the same problem his neighbouring mechanic diagnosed within 15 minutes and then charged me $1,600 for the job. All he did was keep the car drive it around for personal use and then present me with a bill for doing a catalytic delete by hollowing out the catalytic converter and changing 4 spark plugs. When confronted he stated his obd reader didn’t pick it up until 21 days later, that majority of the bill was diagnostic fee that I didn’t need to bring it to his shop to fix. During the 3 week period he didn’t once mention to us about any other issues he just kept saying electrical this electrical that but wasn’t nothing to do with electrical. I dropped the car off with 172,898km and when I picked it up it has 173,588km doesn’t add up, doesn’t take 1,310km to drive and diagnose a vehicle. After that when I came to pick up the car he took it for a personal run again on a flat tire that he didn’t bother even airing up until I mentioned it.

Sorry Rick it has taken a while but to everyone else when i write reviews it's a Dam good honest place to go ... Rick was a true honest gentleman , very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave me the stright goods .. took my truck for a test drive and assured me i have no issues with my driveshaft. He has been in business for a long time and i can clearly see why .. Like my Dad always said Honesty IS the Best Policy. I recommend everyone if you even think you have a problem take your concerns to Rick he will take good care of you ... thanks again Rick ,Shawn

Rick and his team are top notch! I have brought them every vehicle I own for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. Their quotes are accurate, and the work is impeccable. When the dealership wanted $1200 to fix an automatic lock, Rick found the real problem and had it repaired for $150. That's just one example. Absolutely Brilliant!!! Rick and his team offer expert mechanical and customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Especially when it comes to sourcing parts they shop around and arent limited to 1 dealer, they always find the best bang for your buck with quality parts at a reasonable price.
