“My husband and I walked into Old Navy (Ajax) at around 7:30 pm during Boxing week and were pleasantly impressed by the staff - Claudette in particular. She helped us check out reminding us of a discount that we were eligible for and noticed a mark on the shirt that we were buying and saved us the trouble of finding out at home and having to worry about returns. It's refreshing to still see the impact humans have on the whole in-store shopping. Thank you, Claudette!”
