I visited the store with my wife for a winter jacket, but couldn’t find anything worthwhile. I believe that more winter clothing is yet to arrive as winter is still away. I think we should be visiting in next couple of months.

I am very disappointed and extremely upset with my experience I just had. I was there this morning with my mom shopping where we were helped by a young girl. She was very polite, kind, patient. Once me and my mom finished our shopping and ready to be cash out our items there was another lady in a hijab who yelled at the lady that was helping us. The lady in the hijab said how the sale was hers and made a big deal about it, even though she didn't even say hi to us. It was extremely rude of her to do to do to another employee and she interrupted our conversation. It was very unprofessional and I have noticed she is continuously talking down to her employee. felt bad for the girl helping us because she’s is very nice and I have I seen the hijab lady do this more than once to her when I come in to shop

Extremely rude customer service. Never did i had ever experienced such trouble in returning an item. The customer service representative, self proclaimed store manager threatened me muliple times during the return process in store at Laura superstore location in Ajax. Overly priced, terrible customer experience, and I am not surprised with poor rating and ugly reviews on Google!

I like shopping here for both Melanie Lynne and Laura clothing, but today was disappointing. I picked out two different pairs of jeans, one had an extra sales tag for $10 less. There were others on the rack the same with the extra tag as well. The person in charge refused to give me the lesser price, so I didn't buy that pair. Left feeling annoyed.

I had a terrible experience at this store never wants to buy anything else. The manager behavior was too much rude . She judge me wrong. And then say that your cloths have smell for return. She say it is not walmart . And then i ask for the other person that smell it she first say no but when she saw her manager and she said yes. So wrong behavior i saw her in canada from that manager of store.

I had the most pleasurable experience dress shopping with Carolina on a Tuesday evening. Being from the Pickering area, I was looking for two particular dresses which she had one of them shipped from Burlington that saved a drive that Saturday . Going through her computer she found dress number two at a mall near to us and saved a lot of time. I feel that Carolina went above and beyond, which a rare effort these day

Worst shopping experience, specially with Livia! There were at least 5 sales associates in the store when we walked in, no one acknowledged us, and one literally just stared at us and didn’t say hi or smile. My mom and I looked around grabbed 2 items to try and were looking to get access for a fitting room. All the associates were busy talking to each other and my mom had to walk up to one of them to open the fitting room. While in the fitting room, no associate cared or bothered to see if we need help. I went and grabbed other sizes for my mom to try until she found her size. While my mom was in the fitting room two associates knocked on another fitting room asking the lady how she was doing and after she responded they rolled their eyes and started whispering with one another….very unprofessional. Out of nowhere a sales associate (Livia) came by the fitting room and when another associate (possibly manager) asked if she had anyone in the fitting room she said yes pointing to the one that my mom was in. I was surprised as we hadn’t even seen her until then, and I said my mom is in there and I took her what she needed. When we wanted to cash out, Livia hurried to the cashier and mentioned to the cashier (Aleena) who was the only pleasant person in the store to “put it under my name”. I was furious because she did nothing for us and wanted the commission for the sale. When she left I told Aleena she didn’t even help us and feel free to put it under her name, but unfortunately I think as a cashier she wasn’t allowed to do that. I’ve worked in commission based retail myself and know that you have to ACTUALLY HELP customers to earn your commission, not just run in at the end and say “put it under my name”. Very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour by all the sales associates who were full of attitude. The only pleasant and polite individual was the cashier, Aleena.

This is the best store for me a 50 yr old who wants to look sharp. Selection is amazing sales are good. hameida? I don’t recall her name but she is awesome always pulling out stuff for me to try and everything she pulls looks amazing on me . Customer service we use to get at its best in 2024
