This is a very clean storage location. Amazing staff here aswell and helpful. My only issue is with the payment policy.If for any reason you are late in paying it can really mess things up for you.No partial payments are accepted which makes very little sense. Which means if you have 1 more day to pay a $600 payment and you ask to pay $500 this week and $300 next week you will be refused.if you have an upcoming bill in the next couple days being short that $100 will subject you to additional late fees and you better pray that your next bill doesn’t fall in between you can pay that $100 you were short. This is where they will add all your bills together with the new bill and now your not only short that 100. Next week you are now looking at a 1200 payment with late fees added. Again, you cannot throw $1000 down to that bill. If you don’t have the full $1200 + late fees your now locked in a system trying to catchup while they are throwing numerous late fees and other fees to the bill your simply and honestly just trying to pay.Not allowing your clients to make significant payments to their balance if they are behind is where they really thrive because that’s a policy that really makes things hard on people and can bring you to a place that threatens your property being auctioned off.Aside from that the staff is great and helpful. If life happens and you fall behind on payments you can really get yourself in a real strangle hold with this place.
